I’m a HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist (Health Psychologist) and Chartered Psychologist in Norfolk, and I’d love to help you on your journey towards feeling better about yourself, behaviour change, lifestyle modification and self-discovery.
Life can be overwhelming and sometimes exhausting, but I can help to guide you to find ways to change behaviours relating to any life obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand your experience and better cope with change or illness impacts by exploring psychological and behavioural management skills and coping strategies.

A Bit About Therapy
According to the American Psychological Association, “Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” Through the use of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and behaviour change techniques, my patients develop life-changing behaviours and psychological strategies to help them cope with life’s various obstacles. My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues or challenges and provide patients with effective tools to help them learn how to live with and manage illness, pain, sleep deprivation, anxiety or other life challenges.

About Me
I’m Katie, a Chartered Health Psychologist and experienced academic based in Norwich, Norfolk - helping to provide new management tools and coping strategies to aid your navigation of your personal, emotional and illness experiences.
As a practitioner psychologist, I have delivered therapy for a wide variety of psychological and behavioural impacts on health and wellness. Therefore, I hope I am able to help you with your psychological health needs.
I have also worked in psychology academia for 15 years with a variety of ages and levels as well as training psychology teachers at a national level. As a consequence, I also am well qualified to offer bespoke training, consultation, mentoring, supervision and reflection. I am also a published researcher.
As well as my work with Rejig Solutions, I work in the NHS as a Health Psychologist in Pain Management and I am an Associate Professor of Health Psychology in Higher Education.

What is the cost of a therapy/treatment session?
Please contact me for information on rates.
How long does each therapy session take?
An assessment usually lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
A therapy session lasts 50 minutes.
